About Calmore Service Station in Totton, Southampton

Calmore Service Station was first opened in 1968 by the Harrison family and started out as a petrol filling station and service centre for the local community. Later, in the ’70s and ’80s, we saw the start of used car sales along with an MOT Testing Station. In 1999, with more supermarkets opening locally a decision was made to close the petrol station and extend the car sales and repair activities further.

Owned and run as a small independent business by Richard Dalton since 1991, Calmore Service Station continues to offer quality workmanship, personal service and advice in Totton, Southampton, with enduring and lasting relationships with our customers based on ‘TRUST’.

We offer a wide range of services including MOTs, servicing (most makes and models), brakes, exhaust, suspension, clutch, engine repairs, air-con service and minor body/paint work. We also have a large selection of used vehicles on site for sale.

We welcome you into our showroom to discuss your requirements whether that be for repairs or for vehicle sales. We don’t pressure-sell as we believe that the cars and bikes sell themselves. We believe that selling a car or bike is the start of a long-term relationship where we will look after you year in and year out and hope to help you in the future should you decide it’s time to buy another vehicle. Alternatively, we will continue to help you maintain your current vehicle to keep you motoring safely at all times.

We are pleased to announce that as of October 2022 we are approved to MOT Class 1 & 2 motorcycles and scooters.
